1. Once I have paid my deposit about how long will it be before I get my Roehr 1250sc?

Answer: Generally within two months or sooner of deposit once production begins in November.  We will keep you informed of progress every two weeks via email should you so wish and certainliy two weeks before estimated completion.

2. How do I find a Roehr 1250sc dealer near me?

Answer: We are currently building our dealership network. Search this link or contact us directly.

3. What equipment options are available?

Answer: Currently there several optional equipment choices some of which we stock and some that we recommend from suppliers we trust. To check please use the contact us form.

4. Can I have a custom paint job done at the factory?

Answer: Yes you may do so. There is an extra prepay charge that is required due to design and complexity issues. It will generally add about a week to the estimated delivery time. Please mention that you wish custom paint on the order form and we will contact you for details.

5. Where do I go for service?

Answer: We recommend that you service your bike at the dealer that you bought it from. However if this is not convenient, we recommend a Harley-Davidson dealer, as the core systems of the bike are Harley V-Rod based. A Harley dealer would have the special tools and diagnostic equipment to service our bikes.

6. Are spare parts readily available?

Answer: Yes. All parts are available from us. Most engine, drivetrain and electrical parts are available through your local Harley-Davidson dealer. Some major parts are only available directly from us as they are exclusive to our brand.

7. Can I perform routine maintenance myself?

Answer: Yes you may. Your Roehr 1250sc superbike comes with an owner's manual that includes instructions for routine maintenance. You must however use the recommended grades of lubricants and service schedule to maintain any warranty coverage.

8. Tell me about the warranty, and is there an extended warranty program available?

Answer: See the warranty statement for details. Currently we do not offer an extended warranty program.

9. Is the warranty void if I participate in formal motorcycle race events?

Answer: See the warranty statement. There are some warranty restrictions that apply to bikes used for racing.

10. Does the Roehr Motorcycle Company recommend any particular insurance company?

Answer: Use the company of your choice. We are happy to supply technical details of our products to insurance companies should they be unfamiliar with Roehr motorcycles.

11. How do I become a Roehr Motorcycle dealer?

Answer: Complete the dealer application form and we will contact you.

12. Is branded matching gear available?

Answer: A matching helmet comes as standard with your Roehr superbike. T-shirts and ball caps are generally available immediately for purchase. Customized leathers are made to order - contact us directly with your request.
